Girl Embarrassed to Find Someone Else at Halloween Party Also Dressed as Sweaty Drunk

EVANSTON, Il. — At one of the many “Halloweek” parties attended this week, Northwestern Junior Melanie Boucher was embarrassed to find another girl costumed as a Sloppy Sweaty Drunk, a costume Melanie had thought would be unique and creative.

“I spent, like, the past two weeks coming up with my idea for a costume and Hannah totally stole it,”said Melanie, stumbling back and forth in a crowded basement. “It was mine and she just took it,” she added loudly to no one in particular.

Freshman Hannah Scheuer, one of several party-goers who reportedly copied Boucher’s costume of Red-Faced Intoxicated College Student, could not be reached for a coherent comment.

The costume has in fact held the number one spot for the past several Halloween seasons, beating out classics like Too-Cool-for-a-Costume Guy, Spooky Spice and Scary Skeleton with Flesh Shell. At press time, Boucher had changed into a more offensive back-up costume.
