Nice! This Woman Is Getting Out of Her Comfort Zone, Forever

Susan Becker was an ordinary 27 year old woman, working a typical 9-5 sales job, and living a life most would consider pretty hum-drum. But this year, Susan decided to finally do something about her boring old routine, and decided it was finally get out of her comfort zone, never to return!

Though Susan was initially hesitant to have her comfort zone shattered by millions of angry white men, she soon got excited for the realm of possibilities that had opened up to her. "I'm learning all sorts of new things, like which of my keys can best protect me from a rapist in a dark alley, how to perform home STI tests, and even new words like 'cunt-monster' and 'bitchmouth!'"

Talk about living life to the fullest!

For the past eight years, Susan has been stuck in a real rut of slowly gaining equality, which left her feeling totally unsatisfied. "I hadn't been taking any risks or doing anything new for a while," explained Becker. "Now, simply being a female has filled my entire life with risk! Plus, yesterday a man tried to grab my vagina on a crowded subway for the very first time!" Way to go, Susan! You're definitely no longer in a safe space, that's for sure!

So hats off to you, Susan. Some may forget to stop and smell the roses, but you've proved to women everywhere that you don't need to be special to get out of your comfort zone. With just a little bit of adventurous spirit, an open attitude, and decades of toxic systematic misogyny, anything is possible. And that's worth celebrating.
