This Fan Theory Proves that the Insane Clown Posse and The Big Bang Theory Exist in the Same Universe!

bbt icp RALEIGH, North Carolina – Until yesterday, life seemed simple for rabid sitcom enthusiast and self-professed “Ju-zinga-lo” Kevin Davila. But then, somewhere between hours of watching The Big Bang Theory reruns with “The Great Milenko” playing backwards, the world became impossibly complex.

Davila believes he has proof that popular television series The Big Bang Theory does in fact take place in the same world as hip-hop duo Insane Clown Posse. “Online commenters have called my theory ‘needless,’ and they’re right,” said Davila. “Needles are a crucial element for threading together these two worlds.”

Many fans may not have noticed it, but the theory is actually quite simple. In Season 4, Episode 11 of The Big Bang Theory, supporting character Raj says, “Aquaman Sucks.” “This got me thinking about all kinds of crazy things, like life, liberty, Will Smith, and then I remembered this ICP [Insane Clown Posse] song about how ‘Soopa Villains make a superhero killin,’” said Davila. “If that’s a coincidence then you can wipe the clown makeup right off my face.”

Is American treasure, Will Smith, the link between the two groups?

Attentive media consumers will remember that Will Smith played an anti-hero in the American classic, Hancock. Will Smith’s son, Jaden, has recently been cast to play a superhero, and is of the age to attend high school.*  In American high schools, teenagers will typically attend promenade, which is often shortened to “prom.”

Continuing this prom thread, Season 8, Episode 8 of The Big Bang Theory has the characters attend a homemade prom that they are nervous about. In a striking parallel, Insane Clown Posse has written a song about prom! “Prom Queen” recounts similar isolation, as the speaker murders the Prom Queen. The most shocking part – the speaker goes on to host a prom for the corpse in the cellar.

Once it’s apparent that BBT and ICP are in the same universe, the similarities become impossible not to notice. “I guess the one that was most obvious to me, or at least should have been, right off the bat, was that Penny is clearly a juggalo wench,” Davila argued. “She says to Leonard that if he wants to win he has to kill Sheldon in his sleep. It’s right there in black and white!”

“The way I see it, there are two alternate universes,” Davila said. “One is filled with the people who believe that Sheldon and Leonard didn’t use their fancy JPL technology to telecommunicate with Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope, and the other’s for people who know the truth.” Though fans continue to debate the veracity of his theory, Davila affirms that it’s true, adding, “I know Jaden Smith would agree.**”

*Davila did not mention that Jaden Smith does not attend high school.

**Jaden Smith was not available to verify this comment.
